Pickens’ background includes a broad range of experience, including industrial and residential electrical installation, home renovation, computer and networking specialist, and home security systems installation. He holds two degrees and multiple certifications, as well as several recognitions within the home inspection industry, including the National Home Inspection Exam certification (NHIE), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and trained in the American Home Inspection Training (AHIT) method, and is a background verified inspector. Eventually, he hopes to evolve his Pillar to Post business into a family one. Kendall is married to his wife Kendra, and they have four children. An admitted outdoors enthusiast, Pickens offers this insight to himself. “I am always willing to do what is necessary to get the job done correctly. I have coached youth sports for over ten years, which I absolutely enjoy, and I have also played at the collegiate level. I have always strived to be a leader in my career and continually work to improve processes to have more efficient workflows and improve outcomes. I look forward to incorporating this experience into the home inspection industry. I enjoy volunteering in the community and attending charitable events. I am excited to do more as a Pillar to Post local business owner for my community and surrounding counties.
